"#DoWhatYouCant" was the open brief provided by Samsung for an activation at the All Together Now festival in Ireland to launch their new Galaxy S10 smartphone. Instead of looking for abstract metaphors to create experiences, I took inspiration directly from the phone’s state-of-the-art features like Shot Suggestion, Wireless Power Share, and its ultra-wide-angle lens.
Another part of the installation involved development we conducted at the studio. I collaborated with a developer to create a real-time cloth simulation in Unity. The R&D process was focused on achieving a realistic and dynamic cloth movement within the virtual environment. Through experimentation and iteration, we successfully integrated the simulation seamlessly into the installation, enhancing the overall immersive experience for the audience.
